In October 2024, we kicked off something special at Team 144: Kid Strong — our Kids Krav Maga program designed to raise strong, confident, and resilient kids.
We get it — when people hear “Krav Maga,” they think aggressive.
So how does a system built for real-world self-defense fit into a kids’ class?
Simple. We’re not teaching kids to be violent. We’re teaching them to be tough.
